Free Web Page Editing Programs.

Okay if you are a web editor/designer or if you just do it as a hobby, then I know that you are looking not to spend to much money  or no money at all. So here are some free programs that will come in handy to have and here they are!

Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 

As every one knows Microsoft is not the one to give free software especially something as good as this then you know is best to get it before it is gone and turn to a paid version again.

KompoZer

Now you can also use KompoZer because it has a similar setup to SharePoint 2007 with less futures.
